A two night collaborative menu between Chef Robin Filteau Boucher of Parapluie and Chef Mathew Bishop of Gary's. Parapluie is an intimate neighbourhood restaurant in Montreal with a dining room overlooking an open kitchen. They offer market-fresh cuisine and artisanal wines, both privately imported and from Quebec. Welcome home!
